Aloha e benvenuto a Maui. Questo splendido condominio 3BR / 3BA si affaccia sull'oceano. Hokulani # 350 è tra i migliori condomini con 3 camere da letto in tutto il resort. È una delle residenze OCEAN FRONT selezionate che sono considerate condomini Ali'i adatte ai reali.
Questo condominio fronte resort al 3 ° piano offre ampie vedute maestose sui giardini ben curati e sulle piscine della spiaggia di Ka'anapali e oltre. Guarda in basso verso le piscine, l'acquascivolo e la spiaggia sottostante. Goditi il polso e l'attività del resort. Le magnifiche viste si estendono sulla spiaggia e sui canali Auau e Kalohi fino alle isole di Lanai e Molokai oltre. I tramonti sono spettacolari tutto l'anno dall'ampio lanai di 560 piedi quadrati. Beautiful accommodation and property

3 couples easily shared this large space. With the awesome large gourmet kitchen and huge lanai we decided to stay in for dinners- our own party with a beautiful view. Host was available and responded immediately when contacted. The condo was equipped with Tommy Bahama lawn chairs, noodles and a large cooler on wheels. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful Vacation

Absolutely loved staying here for our Maui vacation! The pics actually don’t do justice to how spacious and beautiful the condo is as well as the property itself. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all large and private so you don’t feel on top of the people you’re with and the beds are SO comfortable! Condo was stocked with supplies for cooking and the beach and had a ton of space for everyone to hang out. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning and the grill was great to have. The lanai does face the pool and there are lots of children but really did not hear any noise unless the doors were open but still not that noticeable. Great location and close to many restaurants and shops. Would love to stay here again!

Excellent choice

We chose this location to give sister-in-law her first Maui experience. Viewing the grand lobby, landscape, and pools as one enters the property. The front staff a pleasure to meet. 1st night dinner at Dukes and 1st sunset were super. The view, with the wrap around Lani, were outstanding. The indoor space, was well laid out and enhanced the visit experience. We enjoyed the property, and look to rent again.

Gorgeous Condo & Amazing Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing views from the balcony, great sandy beach access for snorkeling, body surfing, sunbathing, etc. Pool and hot tub options were plenty. Condo well equipped with spices, needed kitchen items, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler for the beach and the beds were very comfortable. Super close to Whaler's Village and all types of restaurants. Farzie was an excellent host and communication was stellar. We will stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 older children. There was plenty of space and we loved the view from the lanai. We ate dinner on the lanai almost every night. Very well stocked for cooking (my oldest daughter loves to cook). Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys available to use stored in the condo. As described in listing with accurate pictures. My only suggestion would be to add some additional blankets to the beds. My daughter and myself would have liked a heavier weight blanket to use. Overall based on the listings I saw, I felt like this condo was a good value. Communication with the owner was good and she responded quickly.

2024 Kaanapali Family Vacay

This was our second stay at this beautiful unit. Great ocean view. Condo is well stocked with everything we needed for our one-week stay (e.g., kitchen appliances, plates, cups, pots, pans, towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc.). Farzie, property owner, is a pleasure to work with. We are all looking forward to our next stay.

Very nice property

This is an ocean front unit with only Dukes in between you and the beach. It was clean and well appointed. Pretty much as it appeared in the online pictures. Parking and access is easy. Pools are nice. As usual there are requirements to clean before you leave and then still a high cleaning fee. Charges about $125/h for late check out. Also there was a fee that didn't show on the original booking - a "payment fee" of 3%. When I asked about it, she said I could pay her directly and then wouldn't have to pay the "VRBO fee". But she wasn't sure if it still counted as a VRBO booking with their protections if I paid her directly, so I paid through the VRBO site.

Amazing Condo and Awesome Location!

Farzie was an amazing owner to work with! She was responsive, accommodating, and very helpful during our two-week stay during Christmas. The condo was very clean, open and airy, well supplied and quiet. The property is just as pretty in person as it is in the photos. I loved the fact that each of our kids had their own bedroom and restroom. We were all able to spread out nicely and relax in the living room together without feeling crowded. The location could not be beat! We were easily within a short drive to anything we wanted to do. There are plenty of food choices around to walk and/or drive to. Duke's restaurant is literally right outside the condo. The view is absolutely stunning! We loved watching the sunrises and sunsets either right from the patio or on the beach. No need to worry about beach chairs and beach supplies. Everything you could possibly need was in the closet. The washer and dryer in the condo was a wonderful convenience! For exercise enthusiasts, the gym is very legit and there are plenty of running paths on property. Farzie is one of the best owners we have worked with. She put me in contact with a local concierge who booked all of our excursions with ease. I did not have to plan anything! Farzie was very flexible with our arrival and departure changes, and we were very grateful to her. When we return to Maui (as we often do), we will definitely not hesitate to book from Farzie again! You will not regret booking this property!

Learn from our Mistake - Do Not Stay at this Property

This property and owner were deceptive. When we tried to reach out to them about our concerns, we were offered a nominal refund in exchange for signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that prevents negative reviews. Our experience with this property and owner was so disappointing that we felt strongly about not accepting a refund and instead leaving our honest review to help inform other travelers. Our group was traveling to Maui for a wedding scheduled for a month after the Lahaina fire. When the wedding was relocated to Wailea, the bride and groom advised us against staying in Lahaina out of respect to the local families. When we reached out to the owner, she was inflexible. We were offered a complete forfeit of our trip or to rebook within a year. Other friends that had scheduled in the same building had their reservations refunded in full. (We could not financially afford to abandon a fully paid reservation and stay elsewhere.) The unit has a serious cockroach infestation. We understand it is an island location, but the volume and frequency of the cockroaches led us to believe the owner had not maintained her pest control. Cockroaches were coming out of the appliances (including the fridge), drawers and floor. We were so disgusted by the pests, that we did not prepare meals at the condo after the first day. Beautiful Maui views and amazing property!

We loved our stay here for our Hawaii vacation! The property was beautiful - unlike some places where the photos are misleading, the photos were spot on to what we got in the property itself. We had plenty of space for our family of 5 and the views of the pools/beach/ocean were phenomenal. The entire resort was beautiful too - the kids loved the pools and it was an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay on a Maui vacation!

Surfing Spring Break

Great place for families to stay of all ages. We were a group of four adults with a teenager and it worked out perfectly for all. Everyone had their own space, quiet environment to sleep even with others up and moving in the condo. The parking was wonderful with the spaces in the garage being directly below. We would definitely stay here again. The property in itself had everything needed for a family of any age.

The condo is very nice with excellent views of the Ocean and property pools. We loved it.

Beautiful maintained property with amazing ocean views. Overall a great vacation. A few suggestions for improvement: • Smart TVs in all rooms • issue with bracelets having to be programmed multiple times • several issues with poor internet connection • ice maker? • Remote batteries bad needed needed replacement

Fantastic

Property was better than described. Met and exceeded my expectations. The location was great. Overlooked the multiple pools and ocean. Great area for children and adults. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. We have stayed at different places on most of the Hawaiian islands, this was the best. We will definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Incredible condo with an even better view

We had a total of six of us stay at this condo that had an amazing view of Kaanapali beach as well as the tropical pools. The condo was amazing, with a top-notch kitchen with high quality appliances. An amazing Lanai where we grilled fresh fish and ate outside multiple times. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very large and suited our needs. The resort itself is well-maintained. The location of the condo is perfect, just a short walk to the beach as well as the pools. Kaanapali beach with some of the best snorkeling we had on Maui. I can’t recommend this condo enough, we will definitely try to visit again in the near future

Navarro , Palacios & Bravo 2022 Maui vacation

We had an amazing stay in unit 350!! It was everything we imagined times 10. The morning coffee time in the Lanai and evening BBQ’s we’re amazing and will be missed. Our home was equipped with plenty of goodies for the beach and kitchen as well. We are already planning a return visit next summer !!

A Gem

My family of 8 (7 adults and a one-year old) really enjoyed this condo. View from the lanai is amazing. The condo is well stocked with everything you will need including beach chairs and toys, ice chest, umbrella, etc. Farzie was prompt and spot on with her communication. I hope this unit is available for our next Kaanapali trip.
