Personale molto gentile, camera pulita e spaziosa, il giardino della struttura è molto bello, il ristorante dell’hotel serve cibo molto buono, è fronte spiaggia. Consiglio quest’hotel.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely phenomenal - everyone from the front desk, the cultural center, housekeeping was so kind, super helpful and obviously passionate about sharing the culture. The educational experiences included with your resort stay are a must (especially if you have littles but even without). The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and the easy (less than 5 min.) walk to Whalers Village means that food options and shopping are mere steps away. The grounds are immaculate - the rooms are clean & well designed. Absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again soon.

THIS IS NOT A RESORT. It’s a hotel That charges a resort fee. The hotel was nice. Staff was amazing. Location is convenient BUT the hotel has no amenities. The pool is ALWAYS cold (sometimes freezing) and there are no umbrellas, so you are always running from the sun because there is no shade either. There is no pool bar/drinks or attendant. A huge plus, The beach is literally steps away. There are quite a few displaced locals staying at the hotel. It was nice to see them enjoying themselves. There are other fancier resorts in walking distance, if you want to get the extra amenities. Parking is not included but the valet attendants were very nice and quick.

The staff was wonderful from Victoria at the front desk to Lyn in housekeeping. Property was clean and quiet. We very much enjoyed our time at Outrigger and would come back should we return to Maui.

This was our first time to Maui and staying in the Lahina area turned out to be a great decision. Maui Brewing is on site, you’re right on the beach and under a 5 minute walk to Whalers Crossing with has great restaurants and shopping. The staff was above and beyond. There are daily activities (included) along with a departure ceremony where the staff wishes you a safe journey and return in the future. Also every day at 11:30 then entire staff sings Hawaiian songs which was a nice touch.

Our room was very small with a bed placed so close to wall on one side, inches only, making it impossible to get in or out of the bed on one side. Very unsafe for elderly people. Noise in hallways, doors slamming and loud music from Deck bar and grill below. Balcony windows across from us could look into room. Bed not a queen size and very poor storage for suitcases. Television inappropriately placed on side wall stupidly placed. Extremely disappointed but the location to everything is ideal. Waited hours for room to be ready.

Amazing stay. Extended our trip and they allowed us to stay in the same room. Front desk Salome was very friendly and informative of the amenities. The Lei making class by Anela was awesome. She was also very friendly and learning about Hawaiian history and culture was priceless. Would definitely stay here again!

Kaanapali Beach Hotel-Outrigger Kaanapali Resirt
We obtained a great price on our rooms right before the sale to Outrigger. Now we feel fortunate to have stayed there because the rates have doubled with the new ‘resort’ title. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Still with new owners and pricing up, we enjoyed the property and location. The Maui Brew is the new on-site restaurant and it was lively and has a great menu. We did miss the properties nightly hula shows that we attended from previous visits. We were pleased to see that the property was housing some of the local residents displaced from the Lahaina fire It’s a great spot, just miss the local feel of KBH.

Beautifully situated, nice gardens & rooms. Excellent location for beach & shopping.Staff very polite and helpful. Not too open with communication, tho', didnt know about the extra daily $35 hotel charge until recieved an surprise charge on my card. Loved the gift shop, good stuff well priced there. Dislikes were the pool was COLD and the breakfast offered was a self serve buffet but $30p/p so I thought too expensive to enjoy. Overall great stay but a few misses there.
