“Room was in good condition however it was a disabled room that was not advised on booking. There was an intermittent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Seeing the disabled room I immediately requested a room change but here was not much enthusiasm as we had a 2 night stay and was told the hotel was full the following night so not much they could do and on the first night there were currently no other made up rooms. Overall the staff at the bar and in the restaurant and around the hotel...

“Hands down, my favourite hotel that I've stayed at. The staff are the best, the rooms are clean and welcoming, the breakfasts are superb, the bar has a nice cosy and relaxed vibe and it's a good location if you're planning to hike around the Lakes. I've stayed here 7 times in the last 12 months and i keep going back. I never want to go anywhere else.”

“I'm the same person who rated 5,0 below, few months ago. I was so entusiasthic right then that I decided to stay again in this hotel despite I was going to drive 45 minutes the day after. I was wrong, this time I had a complete different experience. The bathroom this time was molding and old, i got 3 towels 1 large and 2 small, the large one I had to use in the pool because they had none to give me and one of the two small was dirty. Not cool. The food made me wonder if they have changed cook or...
