Hotel vicino a Hawk Meadow Park - Lansing

“Gary was very nice and helpful! I recommend contacting him for shuttle to and from the airport though since Google maps doesn't know how to find the house yet. I recommend coming here if you plan to stay for around a week since the sights are so pretty. My only critique is that I wish the bathtub was prepped for use but he wasn't expecting me to want to use it since we've entered the warmer season.”

“We reserved a room with two beds and couch for 5 people. When we got to the room, it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. It was the last room with two beds. We had to pay for a second room. One of the rooms didn’t have working air conditioning. After talking with the manager, they refused to credit us for the second room. The evening staff was very nice and apologized for the trouble. The main area of the hotel had nice seating areas and there was a hot breakfast.”

“Very clean hotel. Our room was very minimalistic and sterile looking. Bed was not very comfortable. Rooms could do with some paintings, ”

“Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience.”

“We enjoyed our stay. It would be lovely if the hotel could spruce it up a bit: the interior garden looks neglected, and the elevator decor needs attention, as did particular aspects of our bathroom. I would stay there again should my travels take me to Lansing.”

“Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Only thing our ac didn’t work, shower drain kept getting clogged. But other than that it was good experience.”

“The rooms were new and fresh and clean and staff top notch. Beds comfy. Parking plentiful. Loved the welcome with cookies to welcome Michigan State University grads and families. All around great! And saved us when we had to cancel our three rooms for family at the Red Roof Inn in Lansing - dirty, cigarette smokers running desk, trailer of cats in the pothole parking lot, place in complete disrepair. Crowne Plaza IHG saved us and then some. Also had a great - but a tad pricey - buffet...

“Quite an unsafe property. Had to check out a night earlier because of unsafe conditions. No amenities were provided. No WiFi, no room service and bugs in the room.”

“Room cleaned after I reached the hotel and kept me waiting for 15 Minute for cleaning even though it's pre booked. Toilet seats were dirty and not cleaned even after informing the team. Coffee machine was utter waste, the disposable cups were old and blackish spots in it. Coffee was horrible. Waste bin should be cleaned by us. They won't do it. Towels we need to replace each time by going to the reception and ask. It was a horrible stay here.”

“Very old and rundown hotel. Lots of stains on the floor and furniture. Beds were very old and worn out. Sheets and bedding seemed clean and bathrooms have been updated. Breakfast was okay with eggs sausage and waffles. Pool was cold and small. Not your typical Country Inn. They are updating the property but we would not recommend staying here until it is all updated.”
