Resort a Hawkes Bay

“I”

“The room was lovely and well equipped. Not having a lift made it hard because I have a knee injury climbing the stairs was a challenge but lucky on the first floor not higher up. On the first night the neighbours were noisy so disturbed our sleep. There wasn’t enough car spaces on site so had to park in the street. There was some yellow marks in the spa bath wasn’t sure if a rust mark or something not nice. There was two holes in the wall which was a shame as these minor things spoiled what was...

“Owner Gordon was delightful and informative. Loved having a room that you can open the windows for fresh air. The room was very clean. No complaints at all and very centrally located. Thanks Gordon. Joyce & David Melbourne”

“Clean room. The property is showing its age but well-maintained still.”

“It is a modern functional building in a low-rise mall. Rooms are well-furnished and appointed. The hotel outsources all F&B including breakfast to local businesses. Quite unusual, but it works pretty well as they are all next door The front desk staff could not have been more helpful with winery, restaurant and transport advice and bookings.”

“The property was excellent how we should be notified of the extra parking fee should be advertised rather then included when you make the booking”

“It’s just hard to locate because it’s in amongst the shops and there is no parking because of that.”
