“We had to change rooms due to a very loud vibrating bathroom fan and the very intense cleaning material smell. So we called reception and their super sweet and helpful staff member came out atn10pm to find us another room. Which was super nice, quiet and no smells! We like to thank you guys again for being so extra helpful and attentive. Mattresses were excellent, rooms spotless! ”

“Pulito, letto comodo, angolo cucina, bagno grande, ottima vista con patio direttamente con vista mare, ottimo prezzo e prestazione. Unico appunto, siamo arrivati due minuti dopo le 18.00 e non c’era più nessuno in reception. Non ci avevano inviato nessun messaggio e c’era solo un numero da chiamare. Ma come cliente straniero se sono senza roaming, magari un numero whatsapp faciliterebbe la comunicazione, usando oggigiorno tutti delle e-sim. Ma per il resto ottimo posto in cui passare una...

“Came to Havelock North with little knowledge of the town. Te Mata lodge was clean, tidy and easily accommodated 2 adults and three kids (Yes Splash planet water park trip). They suggested Allesandro's which was 3 - 5 minute walk. Literally the best italian food i've ever had. Also went out to Waimarama beach on our 36c day - also a stunning beach which was family friendly to swim - all thanks to Te Mata lodge and their knowledge. Never be scared to ask for tips”
