“Struttura elegante e confortevole, bellissima la location . Il gradimento sarebbe stato più alto se l'accoglienza fosse stata all'altezza. Purtroppo non è stato così perchè alcuni membri del personale della reception erano decisamente scortesi e poco disponibili nei nostri confronti ( nemmeno rispondevano al saluto che comunque per educazione noi abbiamo sempre fatto ...). Ci dispiace perchè per tutto il resto abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. ”

“The staff is wonderful Gaby, David and all front desk personnel. The housekeeping staff extremely helpful, respectful and from what I've observd throughout All my my stays slave-drivers workhorses. The manager is cordial but s far cry from his staff in way of professional hospitality industry team member. ”
