Hotel vicino a Hazel Robinson Amphitheatre - Asheville

“I had the pleasure of staying at The Restoration Hotel for one night to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. This unique boutique hotel offers a charming atmosphere and is perfectly located near many of downtown Asheville's attractions. Before my arrival, I spoke with Kaylie, a Guest Curator, who helped me explore package options and graciously arranged a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday. Upon arriving, Morgan provided a warm...

“Lovelly staff and they make our stay marvelous”

“This boutique property was amazing. Erica was great and very accommodating during check in. The complimentary bottle of wine in our room and the complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby were a special addition”

“Friendly staff and great location.”

“Perfect”

“This is a great location if you’re catching a show at The Grey Eagle or looking to explore RAD. The room was big, clean, and full of fun touches. Staff was kind.”

“Great amenities (pool, gym, laundry, free breakfast) not super close to downtown, about a mile walk, only problem was poor water pressure. Otherwise a nice stay”

“Great location and our host, Sarah, was extremely sweet and accommodating. We stayed in a cottage room, which was nice, however would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room and a few more toiletries like lotion and body wash. The grounds were in need of some weeding and tlc.”

“Great”

“Great location, amazing rooftop bar and restaurant. Friendly staff, very clean. The rooms, we had a king bed, were a little on the small side, which wouldn't have been a problem. However, the room we had did not have a closet, so there is very little room for clothing. There are pegs along the wall with the TV, and you could only hang a few items per peg, and even those items would slide off and fall. The sink area in in the entry way, and not part of the bathroom, so again, little room for...

“This is a nice hotel conveniently located in downtown Asheville. The staff was friendly. I found the layout of the room to be somewhat awkward. The closet was placed facing and about a foot from the end of the dresser, making it difficult to get into. In addition, the easy chair was placed right in front of the HVAC unit. When the AC came on, sitting in the chair is extremely uncomfortable. Other than the layout, the furniture was fine, and the bed was comfortable.”

“Very clean!”

“One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! Spacious and clean”

“Very very loud area Band played until 4:30 am”

“The property was originally a department store. When we exited the elevator, voice said “ second floor, men’s ware.” Rooms are spacious , we had access to a lobby on the 2nd floor, staff and valet parking much appreciated. Better yet, the hotel is in the heart of the city, food, music, art . Wish we stayed longer.”
