“Everything was great. The ONLY thing that I need to mention is that staff needs to be trained on what you can ask and not ask when it comes to medical conditions. I told the front desk at check in that I had a medical assist dog, and the proceed to ask me questions. They asked if he is ADA or AMA. I told him ADA, and he asked me what the medical condition was. ”

“Room is clean & cozy. Hotel lobby is very welcoming with beautiful holiday decorations. Coffee & tea are served 24/7 which is excellent. The staff at the reception desk was very courteous and pleasant. Location is perfect close to Costco and Magic valley mall. Safe location. ”
