“Room the toilet ran all night and a light did not work”

“Elevator was broken! It was marathon weekend and after running a marathon I was very disappointed to see that the elevator was broken.”

“The room smelled horribly of urine, the door to the room would not lock or even stay shut. The area is sketchy. Did not feel safe or comfortable, moved to another hotel and did not get a refund. Terrible on all accounts.”

However, that would not deter me staying again!”

“Microwave wasn’t cleaned, bed table tops not wiped down but the place was fairly decent. Biggest negative is the parking is 2 blocks offsite and currently an additional $10/nights stay. Rooms are priced respective of the hotel’s proximity to the Canal Park and the Duluth Entertainment Center /DECC.”

“Absolutely amazing property! Room was clean, view was amazing (once the fog cleared), breakfast options were great, and the pool/hot tub area was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. If you plan on spending time in and around Canal Park, this is where you need to stay!”

“This is a pleasant modern motel on the outskirts of town. It has nothing special about it -- the room is basic, and functional. There's no in-room coffee or water heater. Also no closet or drawers for clothing -- just some external hangers. It does have a gym and a pool -- I used the gym and it was small but the treadmill worked fine. Breakfast is standard motel fare.
