Room and amenities were great. The staff was the best, their customer friendly. The only problem we had was the room and the security pass to the room wasn’t working and they were rude when we needed assistance for that part. But the overall experience was amazing.

First off I'll say I understand that the island experienced a horrific ordeal with hurricane Melissa and the aftermath stoand continue to heal.... However the condition of the room cleanliness had nothing to do with the storm... There was thick dust everywhere... My roommate and I coughed and hacked ...

We enjoyed our stay in genereal.Food was good and the staff were nice overall, but relative to other places we have visited, the services provided and experience can be better overall Daily entertainment was a good touch
