“No coffee maker, no extra toilet paper, fan in bathroom was extremely loud, front desk staff spoke broken English, and they would not except my membership for points.”

“I have never stayed at a hotel with a staff like this one. I actually received a phone call from them saying that I could check in at 2:00, in response to a request made by me the day before. They also volunteered a meeting room for us to use for a 2-hour murder mystery. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was constantly replenishing the food and tidying up the area. The desk staff was friendly and the room was clean.”

“Room was modern and clean. Common areas were well maintained. I used the gym and was pleased with the machines and equipment. The free breakfast was great and included pancakes, eggs, breakfast meat, and a variety of other items. Location was ideal for my visit. I will stay at the Tru by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield the next time I am in the area.”

“Accidently booked the wrong hotel and tried to cancel within minutes and it was a hard no. As a Hilton member very disappointed in their help and lack of communication.”

“We were in a room on the third floor and air conditioning did not work. We did have to move rooms in the middle of the night but other than that it was a great stay.”

“Overall, our stay was good. The free breakfast was great with lots of options. I appreciated the coffee/tea station open all day. The bed was very comfortable. The shower didn’t feel the cleanest but it showed some age and the rest of the room was clean. The location was safe and close to a lot of restaurant options.”
