“The host texted at 530 am with updated entry code. Then around 800 am texted to cancel stay due to plumbing issues. We were forced to find a hotel for our one night in the area. She offered a discounted for a night at the property if we were in the area for longer. We did get full refund, since it was her that canceled at last minute. It was a inconvenience for us, fortunately there were plenty of alternatives for a rooms in the area. ”

“Communication was great! This is a house divided into 3 sections, I think. So it’s a tri-plex with 3 separate entrances. Each portion has their own parking spots that are clearly marked, along with directions to enter the part you rented. Combination lock makes entry simple.Everything was clean & well-supplied. Very peaceful at the back of the house. Private backyard. Safe area. Sidewalks are great for walking. Good lighting after dark. Very active community after dark with many out...
