NOT-SO-ORDINARY TRAILER! A lovely getaway on The Little Red River with hot tub

This 1990’s era manufactured home has been totally renovated to create a clean, comfortable, functional and attractive place to spend a vacation. The interior is a delight, but there are great outdoor spaces as well. There's a covered back porch, a patio for grilling, a deck with a hot tub overlooking The Little Red River, and a dock on the river. It feels like it's away from it all, but it's within 15 minutes of Greer's Ferry Lake and the town of Heber Springs.

There’s a wheelchair ramp that makes the space very accessible, and the interior is extremely roomy. All the bedrooms are outfitted with new mattresses and are equipped with televisions. The appliances are all new and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking.

The WiFi comes in through fiber-optic cable, so it's reliable and fast which makes it a great place to connect to work or relax with a movie. If you are wanting to accommodate a larger group, The River House, is our other property and is right next door. This is a truly delightful place to spend some time.
