Hotel a Helena Valley Northwest

“This is a great hotel with good amenities including an indoor pool, a nice breakfast, and exercise room. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything was in tip top shape. A great place to eat nearby is Shellie's Diner.”

But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”

“The place needs some remodeling. The chair was completely worn. There was a weird smell, like soured laundry. The air conditioner couldn't cool well and was very noisy.”

“Room was absolutely disgusting! Blood stained pillows, stained bedspread, mattress gross! No way was I staying there. Staff wouldn’t offer refund. So, I “ate” my money and went elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake as me. Don’t bother booking.”

“The smoke alarm was malfunctioning in our room and woke us up numerous times. We were on a 33 hr road trip and we're trying to get 6 hrs of sleep, we got absolutely none. There was no maintenance staff available to fix it. We were offered a refund upon checking out and still have not received it. Staff admitted it was supposed to have been fixed that day but repair person didn't show. Why would you put guests into that room then?”

“Great location, very central with opportunity to walk and see Helena. This is a budgetary hotel (It's in the name, :)), that exceeds the expectations. Plenty of parking (mid-week), very clean rooms, decently quiet. Will stay there again. Thank you!”
