“Great location for walking. The rooms and areas were a bit tired looking and worn, for example the towels were scraggy, there was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, the lock on the bathroom door was dodgy, but the hotel staff in all areas from reception to the spa and the bistro were extremely friendly and professional. The pool area with the steam room and sauna although a little worn down was a nice welcome after a hike. The bistro evening menu, food and breakfast were all of a high...

“Affordable spa hotel, dated, poor food and standard level of amenities. For what you pay, you get a decent bed, breakfast, pool. It’s not the best but it does the job.”

“Nice hotel, great quality breakfast with cooked on demand options as well as buffet. Really Enjoyed the egg hollandaise on GF bread. The shower went from boiling hot to cold every few seconds which was not pleasant. And the 1st floor bedrooms came with a large shared terrace/ roof top and we were woken up by a child out on the terrace singing early morning. I wouldn’t stay on the 1st floor again but overall good hotel and good location. ”
