“Really enjoyed our stay, clean and well maintained facility, keep up the good work”

“We were not able to get 2 rooms on the same floor and had to wait a half hour for our rooms even though we checked in shortly after 3pm. Rooms were okay and pretty clean. The common areas were awful. Stacks of boxes blocking the hallways, bags of trash left in the hallways. Tables not wiped off in the breakfast area. Staff were polite but definitely had their dirt blinders on.”

“Over all the staff was great. The rooms are outdated and could use some upgrades. The staff was good. Breakfast was awful. Parking was great The hotel do have a bit of a smell but it’s a pet friendly hotel so it’s expected and the power went out one day and I felt like I should have been compensated for that day.”

“We booked a room at the hotel & when we arrived there was no power. We weren’t even able to speak to anyone. Now Marriott places blame on Expedia to refund us & Expedia refuses. Avoid both this property & this booking site.”

“The lobby and restaurant were extremely clean. Staff were very friendly upon checking in and out. My issue was with the toilet which had multiple hairs and unknown encrustations present that could be seen from the bathroom door. The floor was adorned with multiple small pieces of toilet paper.it looked like a small ticker tape parade had been held there. I had to clean the toilet. Disgusting!”

“We stayed for 4 nights. Never asked if we needed housekeeping service to provided any. A halfway check for garbage and clean towels would have been nice”

“TERRIBLE NIGHT ON A KING SIZE COT THAT MOVED AROUND ALL NIGHT WHY WOULD THEY RENT A ROOM LIKE THIS …. JUST BECAUSE I WAS ON EXPEDIA AND GOT A VERY CHEAP PRICE I PRESUME ….. NEVER AGAIN I WILL FIND A BETTER EXTENDED STAY NOT STERLING HEIGHTS MICHIGAN 😢😢😢”

“Had to be the worst stay to date for me at a hotel. Toilet was moving all over the place. AC stopped working and didn’t get fixed. Doors made horrible noises when opening and closing. Door cards stopped working everyday. Breakfast consisted of 3 oranges, a few bagels and some bread, instant oatmeal and rice cereal. Hallways smelled like weed, emergency lights not working and hallway lights out.the carpets were dirty and hallways smelled of moldy water when the weed smell wasn’t there. The staff...

“Considering this is a budget motel, the room was relatively clean. The grounds were a mess. Not much in terms of restaurants or food options in the area. There were a couple shelves of snacks and food for sale in the lobby, but no utensils or can openers on the premises. I heated up water for the instant noodles in the coffee pot and had food poisoning the next day. The person at the desk was understanding and as helpful as she could be, but there was nothing she could do.”

“This was extreme false advertisement! The photos of the rooms are not the rooms and they say that they have breakfast they do not at best they have free coffee and that's it. They don't have an ice machine that works they don't have a soda machine that works and there were no amenities. The beds are very comfortable I did not see bed bugs thank God the room was clean when we got there but I think the door's been kicked in 10 times on every door there there's a lot of drama at this Motel and a...

“The sheets seemed clean, the air-conditioning worked, and there wasn't any bed bugs that I found. However the mattress was stained and dirty, so was the zip up mattress cover. There were spider webs, mold, hair that was not mine, and dust. Cheap room, but not cleaned well.”
