“Very clean property, the room was clean you will be greeted by welcome you on tv screen and the had good breakfast for only $10 dollars I recommend this property to everyone”

“We stayed for 4 nights. Never asked if we needed housekeeping service to provided any. A halfway check for garbage and clean towels would have been nice”

“The carpets need a deep cleaning. It felt like there was winter salt on them. The furniture was stained with a lot of stains over time, especially the foot stool coffee table. The TVs are old technology and did not work well. The kitchen needed a few more utensils to be useful.”

“The lobby and restaurant were extremely clean. Staff were very friendly upon checking in and out. My issue was with the toilet which had multiple hairs and unknown encrustations present that could be seen from the bathroom door. The floor was adorned with multiple small pieces of toilet paper.it looked like a small ticker tape parade had been held there. I had to clean the toilet. Disgusting!”

“We were not able to get 2 rooms on the same floor and had to wait a half hour for our rooms even though we checked in shortly after 3pm. Rooms were okay and pretty clean. The common areas were awful. Stacks of boxes blocking the hallways, bags of trash left in the hallways. Tables not wiped off in the breakfast area. Staff were polite but definitely had their dirt blinders on.”

“Absolutely filthy! Everything, the room, especially the floor and small pieces of carpet that looked as though they haven't been clean in quite some time. The TV remote didn't work, then a staff member brought another one (took it from another room,) that one needIf you're on a very strick budget, well, it's a place to stay, other stay elsewhere.”

“TERRIBLE NIGHT ON A KING SIZE COT THAT MOVED AROUND ALL NIGHT WHY WOULD THEY RENT A ROOM LIKE THIS …. JUST BECAUSE I WAS ON EXPEDIA AND GOT A VERY CHEAP PRICE I PRESUME ….. NEVER AGAIN I WILL FIND A BETTER EXTENDED STAY NOT STERLING HEIGHTS MICHIGAN 😢😢😢”

“Hotel seems old and tired. Needs a refresh”

“They said they were under new ownership and renovating. Still no excuse to give us a room with no working shower and visible mold and debris littering the hallways. The property seemed very aged, very different than any photos... beds were OK, but bathroom was horrendous.”

“Rooms are old and smells of muffle. Found many mosquitos in the bathroom. Absolutely needs refurbishment ”

“Considering this is a budget motel, the room was relatively clean. The grounds were a mess. Not much in terms of restaurants or food options in the area. There were a couple shelves of snacks and food for sale in the lobby, but no utensils or can openers on the premises. I heated up water for the instant noodles in the coffee pot and had food poisoning the next day. The person at the desk was understanding and as helpful as she could be, but there was nothing she could do.”

“The room was nice the pool is pretty small & also the breakfast was not the best not many options at all & there was not a good view anywhere but rooms was very nice”

“The only thing I did not like is in the kitchen you can’t see if it’s on high medium or low. Also, the stove don’t have no degrees on it cause you turn it on you don’t know if it’s on 402 5350 so it was very hard to cook and that is the reason why I got the room”
