“This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!”

“I prepaid through Expedia for a queen room with microwave and fridge for 4 days. They did not have it. They had ONE room available which they tried to give us with a double bed NO microwave NO fridge and smelled of tobacco smoke. He supposedly refunded the payment but not the full amount. He claimed that’s what he was paid by Expedia. That was May 31 and as of 6/9 I have not received the credit on my charge.”

“The staff was prompt and polite but the facility was a little run down. The elevator door had graffiti carved into it. There were places on the walls that looked like the wall paper had been sliced into and the toilet seat had dark stains on it. Also the hotel said no smoking but I smelled the strong stench of weed more than once in the hallway. To be honest the stay was okay but if you're looking for a place to feel comfortable, I wouldn't recommend staying at this location.”

“My stay at Extended Stay America was far from pleasant. Upon entering the hotel, it appeared there was no housekeeping staff. I stayed on the third floor, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was hit with a foul odor. The carpets and walls were filthy, and unfortunately, the room was no better. The door to my room , 301, appeared to have been previously kicked in. There was no trash can in room, and the baseboards in the bathroom were warped from what appeared to be prior water damage....

“We stayed for 4 nights. Never asked if we needed housekeeping service to provided any. A halfway check for garbage and clean towels would have been nice”

“The carpets need a deep cleaning. It felt like there was winter salt on them. The furniture was stained with a lot of stains over time, especially the foot stool coffee table. The TVs are old technology and did not work well. The kitchen needed a few more utensils to be useful.”
