“Television didn’t work Night manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Said she had a bad leg and couldn’t get up to check out the TV in the room that wouldn’t work.”

“The lights in the bathroom didn't work the heat didn't work the toilet stop flushing the sockets didn't work”

“It was a nice place to stay and was clean the staff was very friendly and willing to go above and beyond for you! ”

“They would not give me the room keys told me I could not be in the room and would not give me a refund”

“For starters, they didn’t have my room that I booked online. They only had one room in the entire place, so I got transferred over to another hotel and that one wasn’t worth nothing. The burners were very very rusted which I have pictures of and it was also another room that I did not want. I had ordered a studio with a sofa, bed and 2 double beds with a kitchen well I couldn’t use the kitchen because the burners were severely severely rusted. I will definitely tell people not to go there.”

“Rooms are old and smells of muffle. Found many mosquitos in the bathroom. Absolutely needs refurbishment ”

“Room was not clean. There was some gel like substance all over the light switches and the surfaces. The TV did not work. We were on the first floor and there was no way to cover the window so people can’t see in altogether. It was probably one of the worst places we stayed at if there is a positive. The guy at the front desk was very nice. There was breakfast and it was OK.”

“Dirty room.. misrepresentation of what I booked online. Burners on stove were rusted to the core. I left 2 days early and had to pay out of pocket for something off Airbnb.”
