“I would give a five star rating if only we could control the temperature in our freezing cold room. The owner told us the control for the air conditioning was in the room next door. He gave us access to a key for the room but we couldn’t unlock the door. The owner was a really personable guy so good to talk to. Breakfast was cooked to order which was very nice”

“My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. “What l didn’t like was the lack of a closet for hanging clothes, even though it did have a designated area for hanging clothes openly in the room. With regard to the breakfast, since I am diabetic there was nothing for me to eat. I would have loved if they had boiled eggs.”
