“The bad: Pool/Restaurant area were totally out of control: Sandals all over the place looked really bad and made it hard and dangerous to get in/out of the pool, kids under 12 with no parents on site diving from the restricted area, screaming and playing with toys/balls, splashing everywhere. “The hotel is nice but not practical. Elevators are not available in some parts and many stairs. The stuff is not very friendly. You need to buy !! the towel to the pool. The rooms are nice, very basic and big. I reserved the rooms with elevator. A few days later they noified me that no more rooms with elevator.....”
