“The food was amazing! Everything I ate at every meal for 4 days was great! Snacks were offered all day long, trails were well kept and the rooms were so clean and spacious. My only concern was the floor I stayed on had a terrible odor at night time. So odd that during the day I didn’t smell it but it wreaked at night and no one had any answers as to why.”

“When we first arrived everyone was extremely nice. They were doing some Google Maps survey of the building which held us up a bit from getting to the room. Nonetheless Sabrina and i believe his name is Ian or Evan made sure our stay was beyond what we thought of. The room was gorgeous it looked just like the pictures from the website. “I had to wait for what seemed like more than 10 minutes before being acknowledged by the hotel attendant in order to check in. Although, I was the only one in line, she was on the phone dealing with several other matters related to the hotel. ”

“The biggest issue was the bathroom ventilation. The bathroom appeared to have little or no effective ventilation. Odors and humidity remained for a long time after using the bathroom, making it uncomfortable throughout my stay. “The hotel is a beautifully situated in the heart of downtown Bethesda and excellent walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. However, the bed in the room was very hard and uncomfortable and we had to travel a few floors to get ice because the ice machine on our floor was broken and the floor below us. Leaving us to have to navigate 2 flights of stairs or elevator wait time just to retrieve ice.”
