“When we first arrived everyone was extremely nice. They were doing some Google Maps survey of the building which held us up a bit from getting to the room. “The biggest issue was the bathroom ventilation. The bathroom appeared to have little or no effective ventilation. Odors and humidity remained for a long time after using the bathroom, making it uncomfortable throughout my stay. In addition, the ventilation grille was covered with a noticeable amount of dust, which gave the impression that it had not been cleaned regularly. Another issue was the bathroom sink faucet. “The food was amazing! Everything I ate at every meal for 4 days was great! Snacks were offered all day long, trails were well kept and the rooms were so clean and spacious. My only concern was the floor I stayed on had a terrible odor at night time. So odd that during the day I didn’t smell it but it wreaked at night and no one had any answers as to why.”

“I had to wait for what seemed like more than 10 minutes before being acknowledged by the hotel attendant in order to check in. Although, I was the only one in line, she was on the phone dealing with several other matters related to the hotel. ”

“The rooms have been heavily used. The floor "looks" nice but it is a cheap laminate flooring. The baseboard trim is beat, peeling paint, the granite counter tops are discolored. The cabinets are beat up in the kitchen and bath. The tub had residual from anti-slip strips. The mattress not comfortable at all. I felt all the springs. Should switch to firm foam mattresses.That was the worst of it. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and do have nice amenities. I will stay here again...
