“This hotel is wonderful. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful about kind. Dion was AMAZING!! Room is very clean. Only downfall, parking is valet only. Room service was nice as well..I felt very comfortable. I will definitely return.”

“Very nice experience! Staff is amazing! Bed was very comfortable. The atrium style hotel is my favorite,, not closed in or claustrophobic And their breakfast buffet was huge, and nice to wake up to. I also made a special request of ground floor room, and they were very accommodating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I had to wait for what seemed like more than 10 minutes before being acknowledged by the hotel attendant in order to check in. Although, I was the only one in line, she was on the phone dealing with several other matters related to the hotel. ”

“The rooms have been heavily used. The floor "looks" nice but it is a cheap laminate flooring. The baseboard trim is beat, peeling paint, the granite counter tops are discolored. The cabinets are beat up in the kitchen and bath. The tub had residual from anti-slip strips. The mattress not comfortable at all. I felt all the springs. Should switch to firm foam mattresses.That was the worst of it. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and do have nice amenities. I will stay here again...

“The food was amazing! Everything I ate at every meal for 4 days was great! Snacks were offered all day long, trails were well kept and the rooms were so clean and spacious. My only concern was the floor I stayed on had a terrible odor at night time. So odd that during the day I didn’t smell it but it wreaked at night and no one had any answers as to why.”

“Comfortable stay and great location. I had to attend a remote meeting in the evening but my family could walk around and pass some time right outside the property. Food businesses are open late and there are many dining and shopping options.”
