“I was able to get upgraded due to the receptionist noticed it was my actual birthday. It started my birthday off with a smile. My kids stayed in a double on the same floor while my boyfriend and I stayed in a king right down the hall. It was perfect!!! The bar staff was friendly and very accommodating. The only crazy thing that happened was a fire alarm that was activated the next morning. There was some confusion among the other guests on where to go to evacuate without using the elevator. By...
