“I asked the staff to change out the lotion and conditioner holder because they were broken and that never happened. Also many of the tables in the lobby are wobbly. There was a leak in the lobby ceiling, a bucket catching the water.”

“My family and I had a huge, clean, one bedroom room that was perfect, except that the bathroom was in the room, so our kids had to walk through our room to use it. Breakfast was better than most other hotels we’ve been to, but the layout of the breakfast area is terrible, a very crowded and small area. The location is ok, the river is pretty cool, and there is halal food across the street that was very good. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.”

“Everything was great! It was very clean and the front desk staff were amazing. What I didn’t like was the housekeeper came at 11:12 AM and told us we needed to leave for checkout. We were almost done packing our bags, but we still had until 12:00 for checkout. The front desk staff confirmed 12:00 was checkout time, and apologized for the housekeeper.”
