“There were small roaches all around, when we got there our room was not ready.when I complain about the 2 hours late for our new room the lady in charge was very rude in front of other customers. The officer front office was locked all the time we have to stand up and know until someone will show up, this place is ridiculous, I am giving up on Expedia twice already very disappointed, last time was in Kissime/Orlando. Parking was ok, but one of my hubcap was taken, we have to leave a day early...

“The website pictures of the hotel have a false image. Our room had holes in the wall, dirty sheets. A leaking sink. Too much activity going on the property. The pool was dirty. I was disappointed. The office staff was nice. But never again. ”
