Hotel vicino a Lake Orienta - Orlando

“I had a perfect stay, spaces was clean, parking available and the breakfast was good”

“I had 2 tvs in the suite, and both worked poorly. When leaving to get something to eat i asked the front dest to have someone to please take a look at the tvs and the air in the bedroom was also coming out, was far less then cool. When i got back i asked the front desk how come there was nothing to help the guest with programming. They then handed me a list of all stations. Got back to the room and air worked fine, but the tvs had the same issues. The remotes were moved so they did examined...

“Its one of the few left in old style Residence Inn properties. Its old but maintained well.”

“The room smelled horrible. Cockroach on the wall. Shampoo bottle was 1/2 gone. Breakfast had waffles. Yogurt. Bread. Coffee. OJ. Cold cereal, but no milk. Shopping carts throughout the property for folks living there.”

“I stayed 4 nights and had no house keeping at all. No ice machines work anywhere on property. Roaches in room. The breakfast is just a little bit of cereal. No juice no nothing. The property is in bad shape.”

“Place was definitely not a hotel. It smelled like smoke and rooms smelled like mold. Ac unit had mold on it.”

“Run away from this place it is a dump. I am saying this with no exaggeration. Expect mold in your bathroom, expect bed bugs, expect to hear kids running around like its neighborhood. Highly do not recommend”

“Everything is disgusting, there’s roaches everywhere, no smoke detectors in the rooms, the doors barely have a lock and look like they’ve been broken into before, smoke holes in the sheets, even though we asked for a non-smoking room, everything smelled like smoke and mildew, random pieces of wood left in the room, pieces of the wall have been ripped off or there’s holes in the wall, I could keep going on. Only stay here if you need a cheap last resort bed to sleep on.”

“The hotel was ok, it served its purpose as far as a safe, clean place to spend the night. I was not impressed by the cafe attendant when I asked if it was possible to make the chicken Caesar salad gluten free by omitting the croutons and he proceeded to tell me why that was the worst, most unhealthy option for a salad.”

“Property was well maintained, believe it’s 5 years old, room was extremely clean and big and air conditioner was excellent, which is an important feature for me. The hotel is in great location near restaurants, farmer’s market, shops, etc. This is our second time staying at this property and was again a wonderful experience.”
