“When I first check in , I asked for early check in which was a 20 dollar extra fee that I didn't mind. Get to my room and half of the lights worked .called down he had to fix a breaker ...then food left in refrigerator, TV upstairs didn't work nor did the microwave.towels had stains but I bring my own just cause of that .”

“Opal Hotel and Suites as advertised is not the same. The staff at the reception were friendly and polite. Once inside the double bed room, the beds were clean. However, the bathroom, although it appeared clean, was not at all clean. Water was leaking from the toilet area and spread all across the floor. “The hotel is in poor condition, arrived with my family and were scared to stay there just with the condition of the hotel and the people on the parking lot and hotel corridors. Very sketchy and didn’t look safe. We ended up not staying, afraid someone was going to break into our room and vehicle. ”
