“Man roaming around the parking lot without shoes, very creepy. Many windows were boarded up from the inside. No lobby, had to interact with staff through a small window. Light switch didn’t work, a/c didn’t work, big holes from cigarette burns on the bedspread. Bedbugs crawling on the sheets, door between our room and another said not to open the door, peephole in the door was plugged with toilet paper, room smelled awful, crumbs on the desk. “Opal Hotel and Suites as advertised is not the same. The staff at the reception were friendly and polite. Once inside the double bed room, the beds were clean. However, the bathroom, although it appeared clean, was not at all clean. Water was leaking from the toilet area and spread all across the floor. “The room was ok, not different from the pictures. No iron in the room. Just a mini fridge and a microwave. The towels look dirty, even when asked to replace them, they had dirty spots. The furniture is not clean, spots on the fabric chair. It is a motel, with entrance to the room from the parking lot. The price of the room per night is high for this type of amenity.”

“Mostly Clean room. Fitted sheet had weird stain on it. Bedding did not include a comforter. Working AC. Staff was ok; they could have been more polite & inviting. ”

“Parking was easy, the room was clean however the towels didn’t seem too clean. The housekeeping staff was very nice. The only thing I would suggest is that they provide with at least 2 new towels before giving out the used ones. ”
