“On new Year's Eve at 8pm ready to take a shower and go out we noticed no towels and 6" dirty standing water in shower. Went to off and called with no response. Found another number and someone showed up. Told us to deal with it or leave. On New Year's Eve we were going to leave at 8pm!! Exsteamly hostile..”

“I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. ”

“This was a pretty nice resort. Liked having the dining options on property. Parking was easy. In a good area. Room was nice enough. Booking through Expedia you do not get the free breakfast which was fine. There’s a cafe and a breakfast restaurant on property. The beach is right there but it’s rough so prepare to just relax on it not swim. There are swimmable beaches just short drives away. Overall. It’s a nice place. ”
