“Spacious room and good location near the beach and shops but the decor and amenities are all getting old. Whilst clean, the property is not maintained well. The TV screen wasn't working properly (unwatchable). Carpets were worn out in places. Scratches on the painted walls and doors Bed was lumpy. I could manage one night but probably not more on that bed.”

“Room carpet needs cleaning to maintain the high standard of the hotel. From our room, the bathtub needs fixing especially when draining out the water. Cusions in our bedroom looks like it needs a good wash already. We paid a full breakfast buffet and it didn’t meet our expections from our previous Sofitel hotel breakfast buffet in other country. Over all, we had a good experience as a family.”
