“The Ryokan itself is very nice, the entrance is very beautiful, the staff is wonderful above average even in Japanese standards, particularly Nanami the room attendant was absolutely top notch impecable service. Do consider this Ryokan is in the middle of the town so no views from the public bath and there is some traffic noise, there was also some noise due to demolition work right next door, it ended around 5pm and restarted at around 8:30am. Atami è una località turistica molto famosa in Giappone per le sue terme onsen e per la costa bellissima della penisola Izu. “食事の時間が二部制で、夕食１.５時間 朝食１時間が、忙しなくて残念だった。 両方共早い時間だった為 「次のお客様が」と言われ、 出てみると次の回の人達が長蛇の列。 仕方ないのかもしれませんが、次回はもっとゆっくり食事出来るところにします。”

“Camera bella e spaziosa fornita di tutti i comfort. Personale molto gentile e disponibile ma che parla pochissimo l’inglese. La cena Kaiseki per noi un po’ sovraprezzata ma buona. Bagni onsen belli. ”

“施設はまだ新しく、清潔感満載のホテルです。またテントと露天風呂のある別室（ガーデン）もしっかりとプライバシーが保たれ、お湯も適度な温度で大変満喫出来ました。 サービスも従業員の方々の笑顔での丁寧な対応は大変よく、到着時の軽食や選べるシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ソフトドリンクとアイスの無料サービスなど至れり尽くせりで満足いくものでした。 ２点ほど気になった点は、水回りのミラー内蔵型時計や同様の共用部分のトイレの時計が正確じゃなかったり、部屋内の冷蔵庫が殆ど効いていなかったことは少し残念てした。”

Personale poco disponibile , abbiamo chiesto di posticipare il check out di 3 ore a causa del tifone ,ovviamente pagando , e hanno rifiutato nonostante avessero camere disponibili. “チェックアウト、チェックインはとてもスムーズでQRでの部屋の施錠も手軽に出来てよかった。 富士山ビューの部屋しましたが高層階じゃなければ絶景とはいえず…目の前の建物が中心になってしまい残念でした。1泊６万円（何ない平日の宿泊です。）ほど支払っていたので気になりました。ベットの広さ、洗面の広さは申し分ないです。 お部屋の乾燥がすごく気になりました。またベッドが固すぎて上手く寝れず朝を迎えました。 朝食の対応のスタッフの方はすごく丁寧でとてもよかったです。”

“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“Very disappointing experience overall. The stay started badly when staff first showed us a better room, then came back saying it was a mistake and moved us to another room after we put our stuff in already, which felt very unprofessional. The food was honestly terrible, especially dinner. For a ryokan, the quality was far below expectations, and the seafood did not feel fresh at all. They also only provided two towels, and when we asked for clean extras, the staff responded rudely and seemed...

“Excellent place to saty”

“A fantastic selection of food and drink at breakfast and lunch. Scenery is breath taking and worth the hour bus ride. As we booked last minute free shuttle bus was unavailable. 2mins walk to cable car and pirate ship. Trail walk around the lake. Our one night stay was not long enough. Bedrooms not huge but liked the proper shower”
