Hotel vicino a High Cliff State Park -

“Good central location with plenty of free parking. Room was sparkling clean, bed so comfortable we were sad to only be staying one night. Valerie at front desk was kind enough to check to see if room ready prior to check-in so we could check-in a bit earlier. It was and when we arrived, Valerie was quick and efficient getting us checked in. Unfortunately, we didn't find the breakfast as wonderful as other reviewers. Eggs were all gone when we got to breakfast at 8:15. Asked for more but...

“This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down and dirty. I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting.”

“Bed hard & uncomfortable. Made for poor sleep. Check-in staff slow. Entire facility shabby in appearance. Worst breakfast with fewest options I have encountered. Room itself was clean. ”

“Very nice gym Bathroom was tiny. Toilet must have come from an elementary school! Seriously that small and low to the floor. I’m 6’1” and 280. Ridiculous! Breakfast not included. As advertised but still annoying these days where often some fairly acceptable food is provided”

“A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”
