And we never stayed. We walked in, and walked right back out. And Expedia should back us. We called Expedia right away , and told them the condition of the motel. There is no way the pictures online were of this motel. No way!!!”

“Every cupboard in drawer was dirty the tub had hair in it the TV didn't work neither did the phone and to sum it up I found cockroaches and no compensation was made to me”

I do want to note that the room we booked did not have a microwave but they do have one in the “kitchen/dining” area on the main level in the lobby. The staff were wonderful & accommodating when things began to go wrong for myself & my daughter’s trip the front desk manager kept a level head and calm demeanor which helped me to calm myself as well.
