“This is such a great hotel. Not so many kids because no pool. ”

“Didn't use the pool or hot tub! Breakfast was just ok. The whole place needs updating!”

“In fairness, they were undergoing maintenance during my stay. But my rankings were based on the property minus outside of the maintenance disruptions. The room had carpet stains. The walls were chips and scuffed. The furniture was worn and stained. The air conditioning was in poor working order. The smoke detector randomly beeped three different times in the night, waking me up. The bed was nice, clean and comfortable, I was well pleased. But that was the only element of the room that was good....

“Booked this property on line because it advertised a hot tub. After a long day of travel we were looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub. Upon check in, it was determined the hot tub was unavailable. It was non refundable. Wish there was a way that amenities could be updated as advertised ”

“A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”

“Bring your own mop, disinfecting, sanitation stuff back rooms, toilet bowl, cleaners bleach anything related to housekeeping because you are the housekeeper you need to bring your own trash down you need to ask for towel so just bring your whole house and all your cleaning supplies and become a housekeeper there as you stay there”

“Thumbs down. We had leftover garbage in our room. The wall had tape from the previous guests along with confetti on the floor. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was friendly. Hair in the tub. The carpet by the elevator was filthy.”

“Breakfadt menu could have been a little better. It was a little limited. No cooked eggs only uncooked in the fridge.”

“The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind. My tv did not work. The guy at front desk offered to move me to another room. The direct tv box was shot. Young man very kind. But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. But I slept well and place was clean. I had my phone to watch Netflix ”
