“Check-in was fine, however, they did not return our deposit. When I called to enquire about it, they kept disconnecting the call or not answering it at all. When I called the Hotels.com, they said I had to go through the Hotel. We travel quite a bit through this area. We would have made this place a routine stop for us, however, the lack of attempted communication warrants concern about their business practices.”

“My stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. “Ci siamo fermati per una notte in questo motel andando da Los Angeles a Las Vegas.
