“Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. There were only 3 towels and we stayed several days so that was a challenge. Location made up for that mostly as we walked to the zoo and forest park easily.
