“The mezzanine apartment concept is cool but is very small and on a hot day it gets super hot . No air conditioning and only a small window to the internal patio. Not enough ventilation. The worst point is the bathroom, is the smallest I've ever used, you barely can move around and the shower will leak water all over cause there is jot enoguht space. There is also a bad smell from the drain. I wish they showed pictures of the bathroon in advance but i guess they trying co cover for it. I did love...

“We specially booked a 2 bedroom apartment, which was confirmed in our Expedia booking. When we arrived it was a 1 bed with a sofa bed. This aside, the kitchen cupboard was off the wall, the bath was cracked, the tiles were broken and so was the dressing table and mirror. We communicated all of this to the host and their only answer, was that they would cancel the booking (as we are stood in the apartment) and give us a refund. “Struttura elegante e a pochi metri da Piccadilly Circus. Eppure, per la sua ubicazione in una piazzetta meravigliosa, ti sembra di stare in un'oasi di tranquillità. Stanze eleganti, pulite e arredate con grande gusto. Letto stracomodo e completamente plastic free. Colazione stratosferica, il ristorante potrebbe migliorare. Prezzo per notte piuttosto elevato ma la posizione e la qualità ha un prezzo.”
