“Room was extremely clean. Love The White Company smellies. Although there was a mix up (Executive Room I booked said it had a king bed and sofa bed but no sofa bed) the Receptionist who checked us in and different Receptionist who checked us out went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We were offered 2 Executive Rooms so that we would have a bed each or 1 twin bed room. We opted for the twin bed room. “Excellent stay in an accessible room which was well equipped for people with limited mobility. Breakfast (on two mornings) was very good, although odd tasting sausage! In the bedroom a cupboard containg tea and coffee making facilities was designed such that a standing person would,, as i did twice, crack their head on a unprotected glass shelf above the beverage making facilities! “Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended.”
