Hotel vicino a Highland Village - Lincoln

“They changed me an additional moneys after I paid upfront and in full. They also were unable to explain what the charge was even for. I was told I was going to get a call from a manager to explain the charge and never heard from anyone”

“Clean room, comfortable bed, great space, efficient staff, great breakfast, easy access off highway.”

“The main problem we had was that there was leftover food in our fridge. It was on the top shelf and old. We opened it to figure out what it was and the smell was horrible. The fridge was unusable. The smell stayed in the area by the fridge (the entrance) We did not want to leave it the trash in our room either, as the smell was wafting. The blind had a giant rip in it, which allowed for the light across the from the window, to shine directly into the eyes of the person laying in bed....

“It is a no Smoking motel however you can step out on you balcony and smoke. Well the hallways were full of smoke. Noisy neighbors and a barking dog in the building. The bathroom was tiny. Toilet was literally the sink it was so close very uncomfortable ”

“Room was filthy. Hotel stunk upon entry, while place is just janky.. Sheets were FILTHY. Had multiple stains on them… Toilet seat was dirty. Everything about this hotel was awful. Do not book here…”

“The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The bathroom layout was well thought out. The water pressure was slightly on the weak side but hot water wasn’t a problem. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast is fairly basic but good. I definitely felt comfortable and would stay here again.”

“We have stayed at this hotel many times and feel that it is the best in Lincoln, NE! It is attractive and clean. The desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is ample and delicious! It’s conveniently located by restaurants and shopping. It’s a 10 out of ten!!!!”

“It’s nice that they are renovating their rooms but their card key system sucks. It took several tries to get either of the cards we were given to work. The employee came to our door to help but it was a battle each time…..pulling the door tighter in the frame or wiggling the handle or moving the card key with a magic touch. Very frustrating!”

“The hotel is nice but dated. Nothing big wrong, just little things. Stairways needed cleaning, our refrigerator was very loud. Bed was decent & breakfast was the usual continental style. There we a lot of loud people there for a wedding but we couldn't hear them when inside our room..A+++. The on-site restaurant, Villa Amore, was fabulous!”
