“We had a quick one-night stay in Lincoln. The hotel was just off the interstate, and easy to access. There were a number of restaurants in the area. They advertise a hot breakfast, but the only thing hot were the waffles (not my favorite). It was a very clean, comfortable family owned and run hotel. I would certainly stay again, and I do recommend them if you are looking for clean comfortable hotels with limited amenities. And the price was right!”

“HVAC unit has not been cleaned for years. Should have switched Rooms Broken Window room safety should be a concern. Wingate properties are the bottom of the barrel.”

“The bed linens were dirty, and there was hair in the shower from previous guests. Additionally, the floor made noise when walked on.”

“I liked the staff. All the staff I spoke with were very nice, friendly and helpful. The fact that this property excepts pets is the main reason I chose to stay there. I did feel safe; however, the room, particularly the bathroom was not very clean. There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and a clump of hair stuck inside the toilet bowl. ”

“Room was in very good shape, newer bed was nice, close to exit for easy on and off. Friendly folks work there and breakfast was appreciated. We marked this location to stay at again when driving to CO next time.”

“Nice place ”

“First room the toilet would not flush/tank would not fill unless I took off the tank lid and held the flapper down until the tank filled. Second room smelled horrible. Possible carpet freshener used excessively. Borrowed a vacuum and vacuumed 3 times and purchased an air purifier but it didn't help. I left after one night in each room with two more nights prepaid for that I was unable to get a refund for. Horrible experience and I definitely don't recommend this hotel. ”

“Everything was great! Room was very clean and well put together. We really loved the decor and found this spot very inviting. We will definitely be back soon! ”

“The breakfast menu was sparse, no fresh fruit and no bread for toast. The orange juice was empty of concentrate so only slightly orange-colored water dispensed. In a 2-Queen bed room only 2 sets of towels were stocked. There had been a sports team staying the night before, so it was unclear at initial check-in if room was even ready, and the desk staff did not explain this well.”

“Even though it has done work that need to be done the rooms and everything else was fine. The gentleman who checked me was funny and friendly, he made sure we needed anything and made sure we were comfortable with our stay”

“Todas las áreas estaban limpias, la atención del personal fue excelente!!! El desayuno me gustó fue variado (huevo con pimientos, burritos, tocino, arroz, fruta, jugo de naranja y manzana, café, té, cereal, leche, avena). Me encanto porque mi familia se la pasó muy bien!!! ”
