“Friendly staff that cared about the stray little kittens near the hotel. Everything about the hotel was as expected.”

“Room had not been swept(vinyl plank floors). Other than towels, washcloths, and single use bar soap, no other bathroom amenities. The room used to be extended stay as it had a full size refrigerator, countertop stove, and small coffee pot. ‘Studio 6’ is formerly Hotel 6, so obviously old, however this one is being renovated. “Let’s start with the positives! The rooms are adorable like the pictures show! They feel cleaner than a hotel and the beds and bedding were very comfortable!!! Another huge positive was the quietness. I was in my room frequently and never felt annoyed by closing doors or people being loud! So, in those ways The Herbie was a great choice!!!! “Easy check in; the room was lovely-clean, modern, comfy bed and pillows and as quiet as you could hope for. Lots of parking, close to shopping. Breakfast was awesome; ice cold ac which was much appreciated given my room was on the sunny side of the building and the weather in Lincoln HOT-really HOT!! Only glaring NEGATIVE was the bed sheets -they had pilling allover-such an annoying problem for a relatively expensive room rate.... Sleep in-you can and should be better than this!- spend some...
