“*** Honest Review*** This hotel has been newly renovated. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly offered a complementary breakfast in the morning. When we arrived, we couldn’t use the pool because they were cleaning the leaves out of it, which really upset my kids who were dying to jump in to the water that I had been talking up for the last three hours of our drive. “The room was very clean with updated decor and paint. The lobby was nicely maintained. The elevator had an odor (the one that worked). Pool was very clean. Location was the best part. The hotel is part of a community that includes restaurants, entertainment, and you are 5 minutes from and very clean beach.”

“This place is awful. There is no airport shuttle service, and the amenities are comparable to those of a cheap one-star motel. They only seem to care about making money. The front desk staff was rude. His English was difficult to understand, which made communication frustrating. The property looks like a depressing cheap motel, and I can't understand why it's so expensive. The pricing seems completely arbitrary, and the front desk staff handled pricing in an unprofessional and inconsistent...
