Resort a Higuera Blanca

“We did not realize at flamingos we only got access to half the resort & our sides beachfront restaurant was closed for renovation. But we upgraded and switched to the La estancia side to get full access to the amenities. But then our room was bare bones. We had no water or drinks (like we had in other room) but we had one broken coffee pod . Even when we told front desk they stalked the fridge which was nice, but no coffee. It was just odd and considering during the day the only coffee available...

“Well let’s start by saying this location is absolutely stunning. Pros: - Rooms are huge - Beautiful views, ocean and mountain. - Resort is generally clean - Free drinks - Service 50/50 Cons: - Food, Food, Food,Food, Food -Buffet was the worst all inclusive I’ve been to in 25 years. - Steak house is outside, extremely hot. Ribeye was terrible. - Staff in Italian could not understand English, made us wait in the hall for 15 minutes for 2 other guests and the place was empty. The food was good...

“Everything worked so perfect. Carlos and Fernando at the pool bar, Armando, Ricardo and Eva at entertainment and all members of all restaurants were always beyond what we expected. Beach is great, location fantastic and rooms very cozy. Food was different and unique each day and the three additional restaurants were surprisingly good. Love it”

“Excellent resort, the staff were excellent. The pool side drink and food service made days at the pool fun and relaxing. Edgar, Ara and all the other entertainment team staff seem to have unlimited energy and were excellent with both children and adults. Rooms and common areas were always cleaned in a timely manner by the cleaning staff, and the landscaping around the resort was beautiful!”
