“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“It was a little loud in the early morning. It sounded like a workout class was going in downstairs with booming bass. Other than that the place was wonderful.”

“So centrally located and nice big room! Lots of hotels don’t have a fridge anymore and you cram yourself in. This had room to relax, keep food in the fridge and had water and ice from the fridge too!”

“Parking was a bit tight but secure. Our parking pass was waiting on the doorway when we got in. We received a text early on telling us how to proceed. We had asked for an hour early checkin and were able to check in early. This check in was pretty seamless! ”

“This is the second time I have stayed at the Oaklander. The first time there were stains all over my sheets. They were changed. This time the pillows were wrinkled and did not smell fresh. I had to request new pillow cases. It’s a beautiful hotel but when they tell you they are inspecting your room before you go in beware, you better inspect it yourself. Housekeeping was very courteous when they changed the pillow cases. One bright point. Very disappointing for such a beautiful hotel.”

“Beautiful building, friendly staff, gym was great. It has everything you need. Walking distance to everything and the valet service is top notch. So quiet inside the apartment too, you don't hear any neighbors or noise from upstairs. Thanks again, we will stay here again when visiting Pittsburgh.”
