“Very clean modern hotel with exceptional staffing! My wife and I were extremely pleased.”

“The room was clean. The bathroom toilet seat was loose. Staff was able to fix it. The sink stopper didn’t work. Staff was supposed to fix it, but it still didn’t work. The shower faucet was stuck. I could not turn the shower on. Supposed to be fixed never fixed.”

“The website made it look much nicer than it actually was. Upon entering the room, it smelled like the floor was mopped with a dirty mop, and for two days, we had to smell that stench. We wanted to leave after one night but since it was the weekend, we were not allowed to without being charged, because we had to stay a minimum of 2 nights. There was very little space to sit in front of the river, as it appeared on their website, and overall it was just disappointing and way overpriced.”

“I had a fully paid reservation, and at check-in I was asked to provide a credit card for the security deposit, which is perfectly understandable. However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal. The issue was clearly not with my cards, but with the hotel’s payment system.
