“I stayed here during the NJCAA baseball tournament, when hotel prices throughout Enid are much higher than usual. Compared to other hotels where friends of mine stayed, I felt this property offered a reasonable value for the price. The hotel feels safe and family-friendly, and the parking is convenient and spacious. The breakfast is simple but gets the job done. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. “I entered the hotel and IMMEDIATELY smelled gas. I asked if that was normal and was told “unfortunately yes”. I entered my room and found hair all over my bathroom that clearly had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and was handled by the friendly front desk person and given a new room where I found the same dirty issues. Thankfully the front desk took care of me after, but the hotel definitely needs new cleaning staff.”

“Nice clean hotel. Good staff. Good value/price. Walls are a little thin so you can hear doors close and conversations in the hall at night when sleeping. Sausage biscuits and gravy every morning so the breakfast was ok but a little more variety would be nice. Sidewalk out front to nearby restaurants would help.”

“I found earrings in my room that I threw in the trash. The swimming pool area wasn't in good or great shape. The pool area needs some modern upgrades. More seating and better lighting. Breakfast was fair and the was little small for the furniture that was in the room. It was okay. I've stayed in several other SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT and it was ALOT NICER than this particular facility. The rooms were also much bigger.”
