“We asked for early check-in but only arrived 15 minutes before check in, they told me I’d need to wait 30 minutes (15 min after check in time). When the man in my group asked, a room was ready in 5 minutes. We rushed off to a wedding to return late at night and find the bathroom has not been throughly cleaned, there was hair and urine on the toilet.
