“I am handicapped so I had a handicapped room, but it was on the fourth floor, and it was a rather long walk. The staff was extremely helpful when we couldn’t figure out the shower. The knobs were not labeled so we didn’t know which turned on what, but it got figured out and I do need to mention that Rockeyea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal lots of choices. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Stayed with our 5 kids (ages 13-3) and had a wonderful vacation! The place is perfect for families, the condo had everything we needed and more (including a washer and dryer). The resort had so many pools and hot tubs- we would “pool hop” after hanging at the beach or wandering around downtown (which was a half mile down the beach or road (with large sidewalks!). “The room was clean and remodeled. The breakfast was only fruit, bread, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. The workout room was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned as the towels hadn’t been washed, the mats were filthy, the toilet didn’t flush, and there were no wipes to clean the equipment off. The rooms did not have microwaves and the one in the lobby was leaking water. The only ice machine was on the main floor and there was only one elevator.”
